Mana Ettefagh was born in Paris, France, and grew up in Marin County, California. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis and was involved with the Iranian Student Cultural and Aesthetic Organization. Thereafter, she received a J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Ettefagh was a member of the Middle Eastern Law Student’s Association and participated in Honors Moot Court and Trial Team. Following her studies, she began her civil litigation career at Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt in San Francisco. Ms. Ettefagh’s work focuses on premises liability and products liability. She is fluent in Farsi, French, and Spanish. This is Ms. Ettefagh’s second year serving on the IABA Foundation’s Board of Directors.
